Hello from Tactrix! My name is Mike and I am one of two people that makes up Tactrix. Unfortunately English is the only language I speak, but using google translate I've figured out that some are having issues with particular versions of our firmware. We'd like to correct any problems that users of our hardware are having. Can someone point me to a good person to speak to about this? If possible, please send us an email to support @ tactrix dot com and we'll fix whatever issues users are having. We like to make sure that our firmware is solid.
